The Upper Valley Sports Education Foundation
(UVSEF) is pleased to invite you to an ACL Injury Prevention Workshop.
Free to all attendees, the purpose of this workshop is to raise
awareness about knee injuries and how to prevent them. Athletes, coaches,
parents, athletic directors and trainers are invited to attend. We
hope that you will share this important event with your athletic

What is it? This is an informational and hands-on workshop with
local orthopedists, athletic trainers, and physical therapists about ACL
injuries and how to prevent them.
Who is it for? It is for coaches, athletes, parents, athletic
trainers, and athletic directors who participate in any sports or recreation,
including; soccer, football, field hockey, lacrosse, skiing, rugby and more.
Bring your team or come on your own to learn from the experts about important
methods to prepare for your sports season and activities.
How do I register?
• This event is free, but space is limited and pre-registration is required.
