Fall 2010 Tryouts for U9-U14 Players are complete and team placements were announced by email on July 10th, 2010.

To accept your player’s position on a Fall team, you must complete their registration. Each Fall, a new soccer year begins and each team moves up an age bracket. Accordingly, EVERYONE will need to complete and submit the following, even if your child has played in prior seasons. Please read the instructions below carefully to ensure you have completed your child’s registration.

To ACCEPT Player’s Placement and Register:

>>Complete Registration is due by July 20, 2010.

1. Register your player on-line using this ON-LINE REGISTRATION link.
   (Note: This is a different form that you may have completed that signed your child up for “tryouts”.  Please complete this form in its entirety, as this information will be sent to the league and state organizations for team roster registration.)       Note: Please use upper and lower case letters when completing this form; example: Charles Mhlauri, not charles mhlauri
   
2. Download, print and fill out the USYSA Waiver & LSC Code of Conduct Form, and mail to LSC along with other required documents and payment.
3. Mail a 1” x 1” photo of your child – at head shot, similar to a driver’s license photo. (Head size should be about ¾”.) Please write player’s name and team on the back.
4. All new players must mail us a copy of your child’s birth certificate for date of birth verification (required by the league & state organizations.) *Do not mail originals.
5. Vermont residents must add the annual $15 VT insurance transfer fee (requirement by VT Soccer.)
6. Make an optional $5 or $10 donation to Grassroot Soccer, our official charity partner and world leader in providing African youth with the knowledge, skills and support to live HIV free.
7. Send in your payment. **Remember to deduct your $100 deposit.**
   Program costs vary, so please verify your team’s fee. And don’t forget to include the $15 VT transfer fee for all VT players (travel team and player pool).

Please follow these instructions and make the July 20, 2010 deadline – to ensure your child is included on the Team Roster.
Note: This is a firm deadline as we are required to submit team rosters to the league & state.

Team Commitment:
By accepting a position in any LSC program, you are committing to be there for your team, for practices as well as for games. In addition, you are agreeing to abide by the LSC Code of Conduct, Team Commitment and Payment Policy (see website under LSC Policies). If you anticipate significant difficulty with this, please contact us to discuss before you accept your position.

Fall 2010 Season Outline:

Development Teams (U8, U9, U10)                                    Price: $275*

• Travel teams with two practices/mid-week and game(s) on weekends
• Granite State League Early Development Program (U8, U9); Granite State League (U10)
• Fee includes: soccer kit, league fees, coaching, referee fees, field rental, insurance, accounting, equipment, etc. 

Granite State Teams (U11 -U14)                                       Price: $390*

• Travel teams with two practices/mid-week and league game(s) on weekends
• Enrollment in Granite State Soccer League 
• Entry to Fall Columbus Day Weekend tournament
• Fee includes: soccer kit, league fees, tournament fees, coaching, referee fees, indoor training, field rental, insurance, accounting, equipment, etc.  

New England Premiership Teams (U11 - U14)                    Price: $420*

• Travel teams with 2-3 practices/mid-week and league game(s) on weekends
• Enrollment in New England Premiership league 
• Entry to Fall Columbus Day Weekend tournament
• Fee includes: soccer kit, league fees, tournament fees, coaching, referee fees, indoor training, field rental, insurance, accounting, equipment, etc.  

Player Pool Positions                                                         Price: $225*

Player Pool is a training-only option offered to motivated players who wish to improve their skills to compete at the travel level. Pool players participate in training with the travel team, but they do not compete in games. Player Pool fees are $225 for Fall 2010.

To DECLINE a Player’s Placement:

If a player decides not to accept their team placement and not play with LSC in the Fall, please notify us by email by July 20th, 2010 so we can make the appropriate adjustments and offer the position to another player.
