NEW U8 Players
(Players age 7-8 years; DOB range of 8/1/02 - 7/31/03)

Lightning SC will host a co-ed U8 Team in the fall. Players will receive excellent fundamental instruction in a fun, challenging atmosphere. The head coach of the U8 Team is Charles Mhlauri, former national coach of Zimbabwe and our Director of Coaching. Boys and girls will train together. Training will begin Weds, Sept 8th and conclude on Wednesday, Oct. 27th. Time and location will be Mondays and Wednesdays, 4-5:30 pm, at Huntley Meadows in Norwich, VT. Cost for the program is $225 and includes Lightning Soccer Club jersey, shorts and socks.

There are NO tryouts for this age group. Any U8 player wishing to join this program can play. If your child is interested in participating on the U8 Lightning team, please do the following:

1. Register him or her first by clicking on this link: >> On-line "New U8 Player" Sign-Up Form

2. Send the following items to us:

• USYSA and LSC Code of Conduct Form (print out and fill out)
• Copy of his/her birth certificate
• Check for $225*** made out to Lightning Soccer Club (***If you are a VT resident, please add an additional $15 to the fee for the insurance transfer fee we pay to the state of VT - due once annually.)
