Spring 2012 Rosters

Spring 2012 Registration :

Spring 2012 team rosters are posted below. Your next step is to accept the players team placement and commit to this team for the Spring 2012 season. Please check the list below to ensure all required paperwork and payment have been submitted by December 9th, 2012. If you didn't submit all the requited paperwork at tryouts, please be sure to do so now. (*Players who played on a Fall 2011 Lightning team only need to complete step 1 and payment/donation.)

1. Open and read the Spring 2012 LSC Parent and Player Manual. Follow the instructions and be sure to print out page 16 & 17 and submit it with your payment (see steps 5-8).

2. Completed USYSA Form  (download, print and fill out)
3. Copy of birth certificate (new players to LSC)
4. 1”  x 1” color photo for official player card  (with player's name and age group on back of photo)
5. Spring Team Fee $________________  (see pages 14-15 of the LSC Parent & Player Manual for your team fee)
6. Add Tryout Registration Fee, if still unpaid $­­­­___________________
   ($20 returning Fall 2011 players, $25 new Spring 2012 players)
7. Optional donation to the LSC Scholarship Fund  $­­­­___________________
8. Optional Grassroot Soccer donation $­­­­___________________

NOTE: All fees and donations can be combined onto one check. Be sure to indicate appropriate breakdown on the Roster Acceptance Form on page 16 of the LS Parent & Player Manual. Check should be made payable to Lightning Soccer Club, and write player’s name and team name on the memo line of the check.

OR bring the Registration paperwork and payment to the Lightning SC office at 16 Beaver Meadow Road, Norwich, VT.
Office hours December 6-9th (Tuesday to Friday) will be 10am to 6:00pm each day.

The LSC Store will also be open at that time for holiday shopping!!!

Late Fees:
After December 9th, a $25 late fee will be imposed on all player accounts that have not been paid (or payment plans have not been arranged). After January 9th 2012 the late fee will increase to $50 and the player may be removed from the roster.
