Head Coach:
We are pleased to announce the U15 Boys head coach will be Aaron Cinquemani. A Lightning SC graduate, Aaron competed for Lightning teams from the age of U-9 all the way through U-18. In high school, Aaron was a four-year letter winner at Lebanon HS, and was selected to be an Olympic Development Program (ODP) midfielder for NH for two years. He played for Colby-Sawyer College for four years where he was elected team captain in 2004 and was recognized with many additional awards: Commonwealth Coast Conference Rookie of the year in 2001; 1st team all C.C. Conference 2002, 2004; 2nd team all C.C Conference 2001, 2003; NSCAA All New England 2002, 2004; NEISL All Star 2004. In addition, while in college he received Athletic/Academic High Honors for four consecutive seasons. As a coach, Aaron’s experience includes: J.V. coach at Indian Mtn. School in Lakeville, CT; assistant coach for U-12 and U-15 Lightning squads over the past two years and current coach of the Lebanon High School boys reserve soccer team. Aaron holds a Masters in Education and is a certified sixth grade teacher in West Lebanon, N.H. We are happy to welcome Aaron to the lead role for this team.

Parent Roles:
Team Manager - Team Managers work with the coaches and with the Lightning organization to provide answers to any questions families have. A Team Manager is key to keeping everyone informed and organized, at the right place for practices and games, and with the right gear. If you want to know what's going on and you feel you can communicate clearly and quickly to people, this is the job for you! Please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it if interested.

Assistant Coaches - We encourage parents with a soccer background and with interest in coaching to volunteer to be Assistant Coaches. Some parents have very impressive soccer/soccer coaching backgrounds and can take on more responsibility in terms of managing games or practices if the head coach has a conflict, others just love to get out and run around and help. If you are interested in helping out as an assistant coach, please contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it Thank you!

League Information:
The U15 Boys team will compete in the Senior Division of the Granite State Youth Soccer League (GSYSL). The Senior Division is for teams U15 through U19 and is divided into A through D levels. Once we have player commitments we will commit this team to a level. League web site: http://www.granitestatesoccer.com

Spring Practice Schedule:
Early season practices will begin in mid-March at Grantham Indoor once per week (day and time tba) and outside on the turf at KUA once it is cleared of snow. Regular outdoor practices will begin after the April public school vacation week; they will be on Tuesdays/Thursdays (time tba but will be 5 pm or later) at either Huntley Meadows in Norwich, VT or KUA in Meriden, NH. A finalized spring practice schedule will be available by mid-February.

Game Schedule:
The league sets the game schedule by April 1st. It is an 8-game schedule: four home games and four away. Games begin in mid-April and conclude in mid-June. Important: please plan to be back from April vacation by Sunday, April 25th for what will likely be the team’s first game date. In addition to the regular league games, the team will attend the Needham TournamentNeedham, MA. Please plan on soccer for that weekend!
