How to Accept your Fall 2019 Travel Team Placement

Congratulations, you're on the Fall 2019 LSC travel team! Accept your placement in two easy steps!

STEP 1

Complete the Fall 2019 Roster Acceptance Form online and submit payment by JULY 13, 2019

You've received an email that your child has been rostered on a Fall 2019 travel team. The first thing you need to do is accept their our team placement online in GotSoccer. Submitting a Roster Acceptance Form in GotSoccer is required by ALL players.*

If you are declining your team assignment, please call or email us ASAP (by July 13 at the latest), so we can address the impact to the team roster, and make other roster adjustments if necessary.

*IMPORTANT! To do this you must log into GotSoccer using the SAME GotSoccer username that you used when you registered your player for tryouts. And for families with multiple kids on LSC teams, be certain to use the correct username for each player -- do not mix them up! (If not done correctly, the GotSoccer system will not connect your player to their team assignment).

You will select your method of payment through the GotSoccer system when you complete the online registration form. You will be given a choice to pay your player's team fee in one full payment (via credit card or e-check) or use a three-pay installment plan (via credit card).

LATE REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES:

• Payments received after July 13, 2019 will incur a $25 late fee.

• Payments received after July 26, 2019 will incur a $50 late fee.

STEP 2

Order Admiral Uniforms*
(Parents are responsible for ordering their player's uniforms).

New Players

Order your Player Game Kit and Player Training Kit uniforms directly from Admiral by July 13, 2019 to ensure delivery by the start of the Fall season.

Both the Game Kit and the Training kit uniforms are required for new players. Other items, such as LSC pullovers, travel team pants and soccer backpacks under the Team Travel Wear tab are optional.

Returning Players

Returning players are required to order a new Game Kit for the Fall season. You have all been assigned new jersey numbers for your new game uniforms, and you should place an order with Admiral if your current Training Kit no longer fits, or if it is in poor condition, or if you would like to order any additional gear (training tops, long pants, for example) for team wear or for gift giving (birthday or holiday presents).

To place an order, click the link above only, as this will direct you to an online store specifically designed for LSC, in which we have added our Fall teams and players and their jersey numbers. When you place your order, you will be asked to select your team, and then from a drop-down menu you will select the player for whom you are placing the order; this will connect the jersey number we have assigned to your player with your order. If you are only ordering a home and away jersey then you will need to select the individual items tab ordering option at the top of the screen.

If you need help ordering from Admiral, click on this YouTube link to watch a short video, "How to Order" for full ordering instructions from the Admiral/LSC store website.

*IMPORTANT! Orders placed after July 13 will not arrive by the start of the Fall season.

Important fall 2019 reminders

Fall Tournaments
The Fall fee includes participation in a Columbus Day tournament (either the Nashua CDT or the Seacoast CDT).

Winter Training
Indoor winter training is included in your Fall fee. All Fall 2019 travel team players can attend indoor Winter Training sessions (for your age group), at no additional cost. Indoor sessions are held in a 50 x 80 yard indoor turf facility at Kimball Union Academy in Meriden, NH. Come to as many sessions as you can, but don't worry if you can only make a few. The purpose of Winter Training is to give you a chance to keep a foot on the ball and continue to play as much as possible over the winter.

Your Team's Website
We use Sports Engine for your team website.  You will be emailed instructions in the next couple of weeks instructing you on how to access your sports engine account.  Sports engine keeps track of schedules and is a way to communicate about practice and game changes.

Your volunteer help is needed!
Finally, we ask for your help. Lightning Soccer Club is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and we work to keep team fees as low as possible. We are a community-based club and heavily rely on parent volunteers to manage teams, contribute to the Bobby Clark Scholarship Fund, and to spread the word about other LSC programs - such as Advantage Clinics and LSC Summer Camps. We are currently seeking volunteers to be assistant coaches and team managers for the Fall 2019 season.

Please contact the office if you would like to volunteer in any capacity.
We would love to hear from you!
