LSC Team Commitment

We expect both the player and his/her family to commit to making their Lightning team a priority, making every effort to attend all training sessions, matches, tournaments and other team commitments. If significant family or school obligations interfere with team commitments, the player and family must let the coach know of the conflict well in advance. Players should demonstrate their commitment to the team by exhibiting good sportsmanship, punctuality to all training sessions and games, and overall preparedness. If a player is rostered on a team and misses a season, the player will have to be re-evaluated by the coaches for team placement when he/she returns to play.
